Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we are required to charge sales tax on all Texas transactions. If your Texas-based company has a sales and use tax permit, you may email it and a completed Texas resale or exemption certificate to us for our records.  Orders cannot be processed without sales tax until we receive these documents, and it’s likely that your first order will need to have sales tax paid, then future orders will not. We CANNOT refund sales tax but you can recoup it from the State when you file your required Sales and Use Tax report.

 

What types of payment do you take?

We accept payment through PayPal.  When ordering through our website, you will be taken to PayPal, where your payment information is secure.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the option of creating one, or you may choose the option under the login area that says, "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest."

 

What is your return policy?

All of our products are assembled and may vary slightly from the photographs featured on our website.

Printed and custom items are created just for you and are therefore non-returnable.  If you have questions about an item, please contact us prior to purchase.  When purchasing, ensure that all sizes, spelling, and image information are correct – we print it like you submit it.

At our discretion, we may accept returns on supplies and unprinted items that may be resold. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return request.  If we agree to receive the item(s), you will be issued a return authorization and be required to deliver the item(s) back to us at your expense and liability.  After the returned product is deemed resalable, you will receive a credit to use in our online store, minus a 20% restocking fee.  The restocking fee will apply to all resalable products regardless of the reason for return.

If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item and packaging with your comments to: returns@bluedogblackdog.com WITHIN 10 DAYS of the shipping date to initiate a possible exchange.

Returns are credited to your online account for later use, NOT credited back to your payment method. Returns of resalable items will not be allowed after 14 days have passed from time of purchase. Exchanges of damaged products will not be allowed after 10 days have passed from the original shipping date.

 

What are your delivery times?

Depending on the complexity of your order (i.e., number of items, production time, design time, etc.), time of year, and amount of sleep we absolutely need, our delivery estimates can range from a few days to a few weeks. Most custom items, stock designs, and in-stock supplies can be delivered within 7-10 business days. We will notify you by email if the delivery time exceeds this estimate.
