Artwork Guidelines


To order:

  1. Browse the site and choose your items.
  2. Enter the online designer through the link on the product page to upload your photos and/or create your design.  (Upon entering the online designer, an instructional video will pop-up to explain the design process.  In some browsers, you must stop the video before closing it or it will continue to play invisibly in the background.  If that happens, click the box for the video tutorial, then stop and close it.)
  3. When you’re satisfied with your design, choose your sizes, quantities, and colors using the quote function in the upper right corner.  These options combined with your design will determine your pricing level.  Make sure the item colors are the colors you want; we will not see the item color you picked when creating the design.
  4. Add them to your cart.
  5. You can repeat this process for every custom item you add to your cart.
  6. When you're done, go to the checkout and submit your payment.
  7. We will then create your custom item(s) and arrange for delivery.
  8. IMPORTANT:  If there is a mistake or a misspelling in the design you submit, you must contact us within 24 hours of ordering.  We do not offer refunds on custom designs.



You may contact us at the link at the bottom of the page to request a custom design quote.  We charge an hourly design fee depending on the complexity of your request and require a $25 non-refundable deposit; which will be credited to your product order.  This serves two purposes: it incorporates the value of our time and talent into small orders without making them overly expensive, and it prevents unscrupulous individuals from getting a “free” design to have printed elsewhere.  (Unfortunately, it happens, and we can’t afford to work for free.)



Uploaded images should be at least 300dpi, in .jpg, .tif, .bmp, or .png format.  Photos taken with camera phones or at low resolution will not work.  If you open the image on your computer and view it at 100% size, that's very close to what it will look like when it is printed onto the product.  An image will only look good printed up to its original size, resampling an image to make it larger takes considerable time and effort, and will incur a design fee, billed in half-hour increments.

By submitting your image for printing, you are certifying that you own the rights that image and you are extending that right to us to reproduce it. We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked images without permission from the image license holder. This often includes professionally produced photography, company logos, and images taken from the Internet.



Again, since your items are custom made, the time from our approval of your image to receipt of your item can vary.  Most custom items and stock designs can be delivered within 7-10 business days. During the artwork approval and finalization process, we will provide you with a delivery time estimate.
